If you require this service, two possibilities are presented: either you have a third-party report or you do not. In both situations, we are pleased to provide you with a detailed guide on how to proceed. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and provide effective solutions in the field of automotive body and paint.

IF I HAVE THE THIRD-PARTY REPORT DOCUMENT

If you have been involved in an incident with another vehicle and have a third-party report, we will take care of all necessary procedures with your insurance company. Our team will provide you with the details of the specialized workshop we have arranged to carry out the repair on your vehicle. Once you park with us, we will transfer your car to the workshop on the same day for efficient repairs. Upon your return, you can collect your vehicle in perfect condition, fully repaired and clean.

If you reside in Málaga or its surroundings, we would like to remind you of our exclusive offer for our parking customers. If needed, you will have the option to receive a replacement car while your vehicle is undergoing repairs. This additional advantage ensures that you can continue with your daily routine without disruptions, maintaining the mobility you need.

IF I DON’T HAVE THE THIRD-PARTY REPORT DOCUMENT

In situations where you do not have a third-party report, we offer the option to send us photographs of the damages via email. This way, we can provide you with an approximate quote for your vehicle’s repair. If you accept the quote, it’s essential to communicate it promptly so we can schedule your appointment on the same day you leave your car with us. When providing you with the quote, we will also assess whether it’s possible to complete the repair in time for your return. If not feasible, we remind you that our replacement car service is available for your convenience.
