Before anything else, you will have made a reservation to park with us at the Cruise Port of Malaga, from where cruises depart from its terminal or the ships heading to Ceuta and Melilla, known as the Melillero ferry.
When you’re on your way to the Cruise Port of Malaga, our recommendation is that you call us to coordinate with us and avoid waiting. Communication with us ensures the success of the service; you, as the customer, give the orders, while we provide the parking service.
It’s very important to pay attention to the signage in Malaga; you should always follow the signs towards the Cruise Port. You’ll see that there’s a ship on the signs pointing in that direction.
Once you’ve arrived at the Cruise Port, take a good look. If you’re taking a cruise, you should enter through the lighthouse entrance. As soon as you spot the lighthouse, simply follow the route that will take you directly to the cruise terminal. If you’re not oriented correctly, you can call us and we’ll guide you.
In the case that your boarding is on the Melillero ferry, you should take the customs entrance located at the first large roundabout on the promenade you’re driving on, heading towards the Cruise Port. Once inside, you just need to ask the police officer in the entrance booth. For an additional reference, the terminal from which the ships to Melilla and Ceuta depart is right in front of the AC MALAGA PALACIO (MARRIOT) hotel.
